Join us for the Runners Clinic presented by Nebraska Orthopaedic Hospital. The clinic has been designed to focus on the different needs of the dedicated runners in our area. With the expertise of many people, including orthopaedic surgeons, physical therapists and others, we hope to bring your an educational experience that will improve your running potential.

Headline speaker is Melissa Todd, sports psychologist. Melissa will hit on various aspects of sports psychology that surrounds runners.

Other speakers include orthopaedic physicians Dr. Michael C. Thompson and Dr. John Galligan, who will focus on common running injuries and when you should seek medical care for pains and strains.  Physical therapists Christy Nielsen and Elisa Koch will talk about how physical therapy can not only help your injury, but also prevent it from happening again.

Other speakers lined up are Ann Ringlein from the Lincoln Running Company and Liz Wright from Omaha Massage and Bodyworks.
